270 Johnston is a 207,000 square foot, 24-story mixed-use project developed by Alpine Residential and Fields Grade. The project consists of 169 affordable and market-rate residential units, 12,000 square feet of amenity spaces, and approximately 4,600 square feet of commercial space divided into two distinct spaces on the ground floor and 2^nd floor of the building.

The design of 270 Johnston is a collaboration between Marchetto Higgins Stieve Architects, the building designer, and GRT Architects, the interior designer. Residents will enter into a striking, mid-century inspired lobby. Over 70 residential units will include terraces and balconies, offering significant private outdoor space. On the second floor, there is a 2,800 square foot fitness space with a private room for classes or quieter workouts. The top floor of the building offers various amenities accessible to all residents, including a lounge, game room, communal kitchen space, outdoor grilling stations and a roof top pool. The expansive roof top amenities are complimented by unobstructed views of the New York City skyline. There will also be a lobby attendant, on-site parking, and bike storage.
