Scholars Village

Scholars Village is an exciting mixed-use development, that will be part of Liberty Science Center’s SciTech Scity campus. Alpine Residential will be developing two highly sustainable, 250,000 SF, 500-unit residential unit buildings, that will also hold retail space.

There will be multiple indoor amenities such as maker/building spaces, lounges, and co-working areas. Outdoor spaces will feature walking paths connecting to Liberty State Park, rooftop garden, dog walks, and resident community garden. The residents at Scholars Village will be given the opportunity to test new products and services developed by the tech start-ups at SciTech Scity and other corporate partners.
